Terms of Service
Last Updated: 10 OCT 2025
Welcome to LinkedSDR, a product brand operated by Finberty Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to and using our LinkedSDR Representative access and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Introduction & Eligibility
1.1 Service Description
LinkedSDR, a brand under Finberty Pte. Ltd., provides professional services that enable clients (“you”) to scale B2B outreach through independent contractors (“Representatives” or “Reps”).
Each Rep is a real professional with an established LinkedIn presence who joins your team as an independent contractor to conduct outreach activities on your behalf.
Each Rep operates through a LinkedIn account (“Rep Account”) within a secured operating environment (“Rep Workspace”) managed as part of the Service.
Representatives are sourced and managed through operational partners and matched with clients based on requirements such as industry background, demographics, and geographic location.
The Service includes Rep access, workspace setup, activity guidelines, and operational support designed to maintain professional standards and protect all parties.
1.2 Operating Principles of LinkedSDR Representative Services
LinkedSDR representative services operate under three core principles that guide all client engagements:
1.2.1 Real Representatives
Each Rep is a real professional with an established LinkedIn presence (minimum 1 year account age, 300+ connections).
1.2.2 Secured Rep Workspace
Each Rep operates through a secured Rep Workspace with controlled access, geographic consistency, and activity protocols.
Both you and LinkedSDR may monitor Rep activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
1.2.3 Clear Engagement Framework (DIY, DWY, DFY)
DIY: You direct Rep activities within the Rep Workspace
DWY: We assist with setup and optimization
DFY: We manage Rep activities on your behalf
All tiers follow the same operational safeguards.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
1.4 Age & Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
2. Mandatory Usage Guidelines
You agree to follow these guidelines when directing Rep activities.
2.1 Identity & Profile Integrity
- Do not change the Rep's name, location, or LinkedIn URL
- Do not change the Rep's profile picture without written approval.
- Profile Picture Updates: Headshot changes are available with a three-month commitment due to higher restriction risk.
2.2 Past Experience & Education Integrity
You may update job titles and descriptions within past experience sections to align with your outreach messaging.
However, company names, company logos, and education entries are fixed and cannot be changed, as they are part of the Rep's professional identity.
2.3 Access & Credentials
- You operate within the Rep Workspace provided as part of the Service.
- Do not modify email, password, or two-factor authentication settings.
- Avoid repeated OTP triggers; contact support if they occur.
- Modifying the email, password, two-factor authentication method, or secret key is considered tampering and will result in immediate termination without refund.
2.4 Proper Use of Rep Activities
Permitted activities include connection requests, messaging, commenting, posting and reposting, liking, and other normal professional engagement conducted through your Rep.
Prohibited activities include:
- Scraping or data extraction of any kind
- Bulk exporting of contacts or conversations
- Job postings or recruitment advertisements
- Spam, unethical, misleading, or illegal activity
- Impersonation, hate speech, or harassment
Rep activities are for legitimate B2B networking and outreach only.
2.5 Third-Party Responsibility
You are responsible for any VA or team member operating under your subscription.
Agencies must ensure their clients comply; any misuse by a client is treated as your breach.
You may not resell, transfer, or sub-license representative services without our written approval.
If you are an agency or service provider, you are fully liable for any breach, misuse, or violation of these Terms caused by your end client. Such violation will be treated as your own.
2.6 Tools & Integrations
- All connected tools must be disclosed.
- Approved: GoLogin (anti-detect browser) and one outreach tool configured within safe, human-like limits.
- LinkedIn Premium, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter may be used at your own cost.
- Any additional tool or integration requires prior written consent.
2.7 Supplementary Usage Policy Clause
LinkedSDR may issue additional operational or safety guidelines from time to time (the “Usage Policy”) to reflect evolving platform rules and best practices.
Compliance with the latest Usage Policy is required to maintain access to the Service.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination.
3. Recommended Best Practices
Following these practices is strongly encouraged to maintain trust, performance, and long-term Rep effectiveness.
3.1 Profile Management
- Limit profile edits to 1–2 per day; update sections gradually to mimic natural behavior.
- Never delete old experiences or education; always add new entries instead.
- Suggested update flow: Headline → About → Banner → Experience → Skills (spread over several days).
- Avoid abrupt or excessive changes.
3.2 Network & Engagement
- Build real connections by linking the Rep with your own team or colleagues.
- Engage authentically — like, comment, and repost relevant content occasionally.
- Maintain a professional tone and avoid repetitive or misleading actions.
3.3 Messaging & Outreach
- Keep messages concise (around 400 characters) and conversational.
- Space follow-ups at least three (3) working days apart.
- Be transparent about who you represent; avoid hard-selling or impersonation.
3.4 Warm-Up & Connection Limits
- Start with 15 connection requests per day, increasing by 2 daily until reaching 25 per weekday (maximum).
- Monitor acceptance rates and prioritize quality over quantity.
- Keep campaigns steady; avoid long pauses or sudden spikes.
3.5 Profile Visits & Search Limits
- Maximums per day: 25–30 profile visits, up to 50 company page visits, and up to 15 searches.
- Focus on meaningful engagement — real conversations outperform passive browsing.
3.6 Safety Commitment
LinkedSDR updates these best practices as platform dynamics evolve.
Follow the latest Usage Policy to ensure ongoing compliance and safety.
4. Rep Workspace, IP & Tool Usage
4.1 Workspace Requirements
All Rep operations must occur through the dedicated IP or proxy provided or approved by us.
Any activity automation tools must run within LinkedIn's natural human limits and on the same proxy or Rep Workspace.
4.2 Automation & Tooling Limits
Exceeding safe-use limits or using unauthorized automation immediately voids your subscription and may result in termination without refund.
5. Policy on Restrictions
5.1 Normal Restriction Handling
If a Rep Account is restricted, LinkedSDR will initiate recovery steps upon being notified.
If the Rep Account is not recovered within forty-eight (48) hours, LinkedSDR will replace the affected Rep access. No pro-rated credits or refunds apply during the recovery or replacement process.
If the original Rep Account is subsequently recovered, the Client will have the option to add it back into their active subscription.
This clause applies to normal, isolated restriction cases.
5.2 Client-Caused Restrictions
Restrictions caused by your breach of these Terms, including misuse, prohibited automation, unauthorized tools, excessive activity, impersonation, scraping, or unethical conduct, result in immediate termination of the affected subscription(s) without refund, credit, or replacement.
5.3 Systemic Restriction Event
A Systemic Restriction Event occurs when more than 30% of your active subscriptions are restricted within a rolling seven (7) day period.
In such cases, the normal restriction handling under Clause 5.1 does not apply. LinkedSDR may, at its discretion:
• Pause affected services
• Review the situation on a case-by-case basis
• Limit or cease replacements
• Decline pro-rated credits or refunds
This safeguard exists to protect Representatives, operational stability, and the long-term sustainability of the Service.
This clause is intended to address abnormal restriction patterns at scale and does not change LinkedSDR’s practice of handling small numbers of isolated restrictions reasonably.
5.4 Review and Determination
Where the threshold in Clause 5.3 is met, the event shall be treated as systemic. LinkedSDR will assess the situation in good faith based on account activity and operational signals. LinkedSDR’s determination shall be final.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
6.1 Nature of Service
Representatives ("Reps") are independent contractors who provide professional outreach services to LinkedSDR clients. Reps are real professionals with established LinkedIn presence who represent your company for B2B outreach purposes under documented contractor agreements.
