Where do you source your profiles?+

Our profiles are real people who collaborate with us — hence they're 'reps'. No bots, no fake profiles, no AI. Every rep has a genuine profile with real connections and authentic engagement. We do this to empower people with a side income — join us to be part of the force for good!

Are the profiles real people?+

Yes — every rep is a real, ID-backed professional with an aged, established presence (1+ year account age, 500+ connections). They are not AI-generated personas or recycled accounts.

Are the profiles verified with a badge?+

We can't guarantee a match with a badge-verified profile. All of our profiles are ID-backed by a real rep and ready when identity verification is required. Many don't carry a verification badge because most don't hold an NFC passport, which is the main process for getting one. In practice we've seen no difference in outreach outcome between verified and unverified profiles — it comes down to profile optimisation and messaging, not the badge.

Can I preview the profiles before subscribing?+

We don't provide a preview, to protect our reps' privacy — but we can show you examples through a demo. Rest assured, every profile has gone through our optimisation, security setup, and warm-up to standard.

Getting started & matching

How long does it take to get matched with a rep?+

Once you fill in the booking form, we start matching your requirements with our reps. If there's a match, you'll receive an email notification to reserve your plan within 1 business day.

How many connections and messages can I send daily?+

We recommend starting with 10 connection requests per day for the first week, then gradually increasing up to 30. You can send approximately 40 messages per day to 1st-degree connections.

How do I access the profiles?+

You log in through a ready-made GoLogin browser profile we hand over — it keeps each session isolated on that profile's dedicated proxy. There are no messy cookie transfers: you open the workspace and start running your outreach tools.

Plans, pricing & commitment

How does your pricing work?+

The DIY solution — renting a profile you run yourself — is charged per rep, per month, with tiered discounts on plans above 5 reps. DWY and DFY are also charged per rep, per month, with a minimum order of 5 reps.

What's the difference between DIY, DWY and DFY?+

DIY: you rent the profile and run all campaigns and messaging yourself. DWY (Done With You): we add setup, strategy and hands-on support. DFY (Done For You): our team runs the outbound end-to-end and you show up to booked meetings.

Is there any commitment required?+

DIY: cancel anytime before your next renewal — access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. DWY/DFY: 30 days' written notice, with access continuing until the end of the cycle. There are no partial refunds, and we recommend a 90-day investment to see traction. We may terminate if you breach our Terms — misuse that causes rep account restrictions, or illegal activity — and no refunds apply if terminated for breach.

Do the plans come with Sales Navigator?+

Sales Navigator subscriptions are included in our DWY (Done With You) and DFY (Done For You) plans. On the DIY plan you can subscribe to LinkedIn products directly once you have a matched rep in your system.

Tooling, editing & safety

Can I use my own automation and outreach tools?+

Yes — run the profile through the stack you already use: HeyReach, Expandi, Lemlist, Waalaxy, LinkedHelper, GetSales, SalesRobot, Dripify and more. Integrations are fine as long as they follow our service framework and usage guidelines — excessive or spammy invites and messages break LinkedIn's rules, so they break ours too.

Do I need my own GoLogin subscription?+

No. The isolated GoLogin workspace and the dedicated residential proxy are included in your subscription — there's nothing extra to buy to run the profile safely.

What can I edit on the profile?+

You can tailor the headline, About section, banner, and all campaign messaging and targeting. We just ask you not to change the profile's name or photo, or do anything that breaks the person's real identity — that's what keeps it credible and safe.

What happens if a profile gets restricted?+

You're covered by a 48-hour replacement guarantee. Human-led monitoring keeps activity within safe limits in the first place, so restrictions are rare — but if one happens, we move you to another warmed profile fast.
